Hello, dear readers, and welcome to this message. We hope it finds you in a state of openness and peace. There are many changes you are undergoing in your lives.  The structure of your society is dismantling, and many of you are restless. Many of you are worried. Many of you wish to fight, but do not know how.  Many of you feel as though you see things from a higher perspective, and you are not sure how to integrate your emotions and what is happening around you. How do you react?  How can you be angry and ascending at the same time? Or attempt to reconcile any number of other emotions? Anger is perhaps one thing you are experiencing, but we will say there are many emotions, much uncertainty, and you have been living in uncertainty now for a number of years.  Many of you grow tired and weary of this process, and we will tell you, unfortunately, it is in its early days. There is nothing to fear here, and we do not speak in this way to get you riled up in fear or to keep you awake at night and unsettled.  This could not be further from our desired intention. There is a saying that you may be familiar with, and that is, when the going gets tough, the tough get going.  And we wish to amend this in these times, to help you. We wish to put forth our version for your consideration: when the going gets tough, the tough get grateful.   The reason we put it forth in this way is that gratitude is often spoken about in ways that do not reflect the power it holds as a catalyst for change. It is much greater than something you simply feel and enjoy, then walk away from.  Let us take this a bit deeper.  When things around you are changing, and there is uncertainty, it can be helpful to point out, acknowledge, and feel what you are grateful for and what is consistent in your life.  It could be family, it could be your shelter, your home, your career. It could have to do with your children, the animals in your life, or your routine that you choose to engage in each day.  There are any number of things that you might identify that you feel gratitude for. These things are mostly within your purview, meaning you decide about them.  By practicing this, you may begin to become aware of the things that you do have control over—the things that you are afforded, regardless of what is going on at your higher levels of institutions and governance.  When you focus on what you are grateful for and how that makes you feel, something interesting happens—you get clarity about what is important to you. And that translates into action .  You see what your leaders are choosing and often feel it does not align with what you are grateful for or what you feel is important in your own life.  When you see this happening, you are perhaps inspired and moved to act. Perhaps this is in protest. Perhaps this is in writing. Perhaps this is in another way.  But when the voices of many rise up and communicate what is important to them, in the face of opposition, masses shall be heard, masses shall be seen, and masses shall be addressed.  You live in a world of popularity, and because of technology, much happens that once would have been hidden from your view.  You would not have known much of what has been going on in your leadership, had this been 20 years ago, but because the times are now, the wool is no longer over your eyes. And through your technology or connections, and your ability to feel, unlike you have in the past (because of the rise of abilities within multitudes of people)—all of these factors are moving together, coming together, coalescing, and allowing you to have power that you have not had prior to this moment.  And so, do you not see that when you are in the vibration of gratitude, you are preparing yourself for action? Gratitude is a catalyst.   Focusing your attention in the ways we have explained can help you become clear about who you are, what you value, and what you voice , so that the reconstruction may commence in ways guided by higher knowing, higher vision, and alignment with what the masses feel in resonance with. Behold the power that you have, have always had, and forever shall have.  Behold the power you hold as an individual and in your heart and field—the practice of feeling grateful—which naturally fuels how you express your vibration and, therefore, how you create your world anew. As my practice has deepened over the years, the Reiki grids I have worked with have also evolved. Each one reflected the energies of its time and the guidance I received. From the traditional  World Peace Grid  to the  Metatron’s Cube transitional grid  and now to the  Mirror Grid , each step has been an invitation to expand consciousness and embody more of our truth. The World Peace Grid For years, I used the same grid that I still teach my Reiki Master students to build, which is a grid designed for World Peace by William Rand. The grid's purpose is to send Reiki over distance to the six World Peace grids, located in different parts of the world, to assist in creating peace on the planet among all people. We also added names of people, animals, groups, goals, and anything one might think of, so that they would also receive Reiki. The Metatron’s Cube Grid Then, just before my monthly livestream on Oct 5, 2023, I was preparing to set the grid on my desk to share during the broadcast and felt it was not quite “right.” I asked what it needed and saw a wooden cutout of sacred geometry on top of the current photo of the World Peace Grid. I believe the design is called Metatron’s Cube. I got it a few years ago, but didn’t know why I wanted it or what I was ever going to use it for. The countdown to going live was almost over, so I quickly removed all the crystals from the photo that had served as my World Peace grid base. I placed the Metatron’s Cube on top of it and then wondered what came next. It felt like a good idea to put rose quartz at all the points and the center. I had the right amount to construct it, and it felt in resonance (energetic agreement) with me on all levels. I asked why this change was now appropriate for the grid. The Emissaries of Light communicated to me that while the World Peace Grid project had been a positive and wonderful endeavor, it was also created in 1997, a time much different energetically than our current times. New energies are now available to us, and we are invited to look beyond what we have made and relied upon in the past. To be clear, the energies are not new, but our ability to engage with and utilize them has evolved and continues to do so. By adding the twelve pieces of rose quartz and the sphere at the center, the grid became not only a transmitter of peace  but also a bridge between higher dimensions . It honored the healing of the Earth while activating the higher-dimensional energy we came here to embody. During livestreams, I invited people to place their names or intentions in the chat to be included in this new, upgraded grid. The Reiki flowed to everyone named and to the collective highest good of humanity. This “Metatron’s Cube” grid was a transitional version — a stepping-stone between my long-used World Peace Grid base and the version I now use, which incorporates a mirror as its foundation. This newest design reflects even more clearly the unity of above and below, Earth, humanity, and higher consciousness. The Mirror Grid When I was first guided to create the Mirror Grid, I didn’t have all of the elements figured out. The only thing I knew for certain was that it needed to be a decagon . At first, I was critical of this choice, thinking a 12-sided shape would be more in line with sacred geometry. But the guidance was clear and unmistakable: it had to be ten sides. After some searching, I found a metallic decagon from an Etsy shop in the UK. Decagons aren’t common, so it took time to find a piece that felt right, but when I did, I knew it was the one. Next came the question of the base. At first, I thought my husband could cut a thin piece of plywood, as he had done for my earlier grid, but it quickly became clear that the wood appearance was not “right” for this design. I tried to imagine ways to dress it up — paint, stain, fabric — but none resonated. Then, when he informed me that the available wood at the store was warped, it was confirmation that I needed to rethink everything. That’s when I remembered a round mirror tucked away in the basement. I had high hopes, but when I paired it with my decagon, it was too small.  I realized that the strong disappointment I felt was itself a form of guidance : the base was meant to be a mirror. I eventually found one online that was the right size, with gold trim that matched the decagon perfectly. Through reflection and asking, I came to understand the deeper meaning. The ten sides of the decagon honor the union between humanity and All That Is. Humanity has always been defined by ten fingers and ten toes, and this shared trait gave rise to the base-10 system of numbers — a framework embraced across cultures, borders, and time. Even modern technology rests on the binary code of 1 and 0 (together forming 10), reminding us that from the simplest patterns, humanity has built the world we know today. Across millennia, this shared foundation reflects the deep connection we hold as one human family. The mirror base extends this meaning. It symbolizes the endless reflection of our reality on Earth, extending upward into the universe — as above, so below. The mirror reminds us that we are always connected to the infinite, and that what we create here reverberates far beyond what we can see.  In this way, the mirror serves as a portal — a gateway of communication and healing energy that unifies the human and the divine. It reflects our lived reality on Earth while opening us to the infinite realms and our higher selves , our direct connection to All That Is, Source, God, or whatever name resonates with you. Through this exchange, there is a constant flow of energy : what we offer is magnified, and what we allow through energetic agreement transforms us. Before the Get Over It! series, I was preparing to move the grid onto my desk so it would be visible in the livestream video frame. As I did this, I noticed how each stone was completely unique — no two matched in color, shape, size, or composition. From my judgmental mind , I thought the grid didn’t look like any I had seen before and wasn’t symmetrical except for the decagon. I wondered whether I had made it correctly or “right.” But as the countdown to go live neared, I quieted myself. The answer came through immediately. The stones represent humanity — the many cultures, ethnicities, characteristics, and locations of people across the world and throughout time. The lines of the decagon separating the stones represent the borders that we think divide us.  In truth, this is an illusion, and from a larger perspective, we are held in an ordered, coherent matrix of light and intelligence. No stone is greater than another. Each is part of the whole, unique and special in its own ways — like us. No one is higher or more important in the fabric of humanity. In that moment, I understood that the grid’s construction was perfect.  I let go of any doubt, and with that realization, I clicked the button and began the livestream. The crystals and their placements may continue to change as I prepare for each livestream, if and how I am guided. For now, this is the explanation of why these stones are placed as they are.  Closing From the World Peace Grid to Metatron’s Cube and now to the Mirror Grid, each stage of this journey has been guided by the energy of the times in which we live and our human evolution. The grids continue to serve as gateways to healing, remembrance, and empowerment. I’ve been aware of a wise, serious source of support and guidance for as long as I can remember. Something steady and beyond myself has always been present , quietly offering direction and reassurance. Reiki helped me deepen that connection. By quieting my mind and opening my awareness, I was able to allow a more tangible relationship with this source to develop. Over the years, I’ve experienced pivotal moments where I received knowledge or guidance about my purpose, about the next steps to take, and about who I am. These experiences have kept me moving forward on the path of fulfilling my purpose. This is the work “we” are doing together, unfolding in real-time with you. This aura photo was taken about 20 years ago, and the white shaft of light is the energy of the EOL in my field. I have asked and this was confirmed. About ten years ago, during a past life regression session, I learned about the group behind my guidance and support. I was given a name to use: the Emissaries of Light . I saw and felt a long history with them beyond this lifetime and received information about how we work together. My understanding is that I am part of this collective, though I am the only one currently living in a body full-time . While some among them may be known by names we might recognize, they choose not to identify themselves. Their reason is simple but profound: to avoid the limitations of human labeling, categorization, and judgment. They do not want us distracted by old ideas or teachings, some of which have been misunderstood or misrepresented over time. We have had a history of this, and our world has been formed from this way of operating. Instead, they want us to hear and feel their words and to experience the energy that comes through in their messages and the Reiki sessions I offer in my videos. They are present with me at all times. They invite us to strengthen our innate power of discernment through the felt sense of resonance in our bodies . This is how we remember to trust ourselves again, and this is how we create a world anew—the world we are yearning for . Their mission, and mine with them, is clear: to assist humanity in the rapid evolution now underway on Earth . They seek to awaken us to the truth of who we are, have always been, and shall forever be . When we awaken to this truth, our vibration shifts. From there, our life begins to transform naturally through new awareness, deeper acceptance, inspired ideas, and actions that arise in alignment with our true self. This is how the world ascends . Not through worrying about how to fix everything “out there,” but by embodying more of who we already are , yet have denied due to external programming and agreement to limiting beliefs. We are at a point in our human evolution where we can do this, unlike in previous times. This is due to the collective energy moving into a higher frequency, among other factors. As each individual remembers and embodies their light, their vibration shifts. As a result, their thoughts, words, and actions begin to change. With that, the foundation of a new world is quietly and powerfully constructed. There is no force or fight. There is a falling away of what no longer resonates as more people make personal decisions based on how they feel about the possibilities before them or their own inspired ideas. The Emissaries of Light remind us that transformation begins within. And it begins, always, with remembering the light of who we truly are. Clients are fully clothed and there is no use of oils or massage techniques during Reiki. Distance Reiki has been taught and practiced for decades and is completely effective while performed remotely--not in person. Distance Reiki is often offered by appointment over Zoom or a similar platform, by telephone, or even coordinated through email. This varies by practitioner. What does Reiki feel like during the session? Whether experienced in person or at a distance, perceptions vary from person to person. However, deep relaxation is most widely reported. Often other feelings include warmth, cold, feeling very light or heavy and tingling. People often see colors with their eyes closed. Whether a person feels a lot or a little does not indicate the amount of help Reiki is giving. Awareness varies from person to person and in each session. Reiki works on all levels, some of which are very deep and outside of our awareness. Some people relax into sleep which is perfectly fine and does not effect the treatment in any way. What will I feel like after the session? Relaxation is most commonly reported—both in the session and after. Other common outcomes are feeling lighter, unburdened, less pain, well-rested, more balanced, and easy going. Positive effects take place on all levels—physical, mental, emotional and spiritual and last for days, weeks and for some even longer. Rarely, we may feel a bit down, moody or have physical symptoms such as a headache or tiredness indicating a healing reaction. Generally, this cycle of processing and release resolves within a couple of days as we shift into a state much better than before the Reiki treatment. If you experience any discomfort, please remember this is actually a positive sign that much healing is taking place. Contact your practitioner if you are concerned. When should I make a follow-up appointment? Your Reiki practitioner may make recommendations as a result of your session. Common suggestions range from a week, two weeks, or longer. Ideally, regular sessions are part of your regimen to help support maintaining balance and wellbeing. Please remember that it takes time for imbalances to occur and manifest, so it is understandable that multiple sessions may be the most beneficial in reversing these imbalances. Is Reiki Safe? Reiki is absolutely safe because it is a practice based solely on life force energy which is naturally inherent in all living things. It cannot do harm and is safe for babies, children, expectant mothers, people of any age or state of health, plants and animals. Reiki practitioners do not prescribe substances nor interfere in any medical treatments. Reiki is a complement to traditional care and never a replacement which is why it's referred to as a complementary therapy and not an alternative therapy. Can Reiki cure diseases and illness? Reiki is a complement to traditional medical care and we do not promote it as a cure for particular diseases or conditions. However, patients receiving Reiki often report an easier time coping with medical treatments, pain reduction, a more positive outlook, and an increased ability to handle stress. These effects can support a person on their healing path and enable their own bodies to respond more positively to medical treatments.
