Refund/Cancellation Policy
Reiki Classes: To provide a personalized, high-quality experience, class sizes are intentionally kept small. Each registration includes a non-refundable deposit. This deposit amount is dependent on class level and type and can be found on the corresponding class description pages.
For online classes, if you need to cancel, the remaining balance is refundable if written notice is received via email at contact@mainstreamreiki.com at least 14 days before the scheduled class date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the class date are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
For in-person classes in the United States, if you need to cancel, the remaining balance is refundable if written notice is received via email at contact@mainstreamreiki.com at least 30 days before the scheduled class date. Cancellations made within 30 days of the class date are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
For in-person classes outside the United States, if you need to cancel, the remaining balance is refundable if written notice is received via email at contact@mainstreamreiki.com at least 60 days before the scheduled class date. Cancellations made within 60 days of the class date are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
If you feel uncertain, unprepared, or even unwell as the class approaches, know that these feelings often arise as part of the preparation for the healing and growth the class offers. Trust that this class experience is precisely what you need. Thank you for your understanding and support in maintaining the integrity of these intimate learning experiences.
In the unlikely event that Andrea must cancel a class due to illness or circumstances beyond her control, all payments will be transferred as a non-refundable credit toward a future class of the same type, valid for twelve (12) months from the original class date. In-person registrations may be applied to a future in-person class or to an online class of the same level; no refunds or balance adjustments will be issued. Online registrations may be transferred only to a future online class of the same type. Credits may not be applied across different class levels. Andrea is not responsible for any travel, lodging, or related expenses.
Courses: Are offered as stand-alone purchases and include lifetime access, which is defined as access to the course content for as long as the course is offered by Mainstream Reiki LLC and remains supported on its current platform. In the event that the course is retired or no longer supported, you will receive at least sixty (60) days’ notice to download any materials or complete your learning. Access is for the original purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. All sales are final. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
Mentoring with Andrea: You may reschedule or cancel online up to 12 hours before your appointment and receive a refund (less payment processing fees). If cancellation occurs less than 12 hours prior or you fail to log in to the Zoom meeting in the first 15 minutes of the scheduled hour, you are considered a no-show, the meeting is closed, and no portion of the fees paid is refunded.
Audio Meditation Downloads: Audio samples are provided, and meditations are not meant as a substitute for proper medical and/or psychological care. Due to the nature of this digital content, purchases are non-refundable.
