Refund/Cancellation Policy
Reiki Classes
Class sizes are intentionally kept small so each student receives a personal, high-quality learning experience. Because your registration reserves one of a limited number of seats, each class includes a non-refundable deposit. The non-refundable deposit helps cover the reserved seat, administrative costs, and payment processing fees. The deposit amount varies by class level and format and is listed on the corresponding class description page.
Students must attend the full class to receive class certification and any class recordings, when applicable.
Please review your class dates carefully before registering.

Online Reiki Classes
For online Reiki classes, cancellations received by email at contact@mainstreamreiki.com at least 14 days before the scheduled class date are eligible for a refund of the amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations received within 14 days of the class date are not eligible for a refund.
Class registrations are not transferable to a future class.

In-Person Reiki Classes in the United States
For in-person Reiki classes in the United States, cancellations received by email at contact@mainstreamreiki.com at least 30 days before the scheduled class date are eligible for a refund of the amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations received within 30 days of the class date are not eligible for a refund.
Class registrations are not transferable to a future class.

In-Person Reiki Classes Outside the United States
For in-person Reiki classes outside the United States, cancellations received by email at contact@mainstreamreiki.com at least 60 days before the scheduled class date are eligible for a refund of the amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations received within 60 days of the class date are not eligible for a refund.
Class registrations are not transferable to a future class.
If Andrea Must Cancel a Reiki Class
In the unlikely event that Andrea must cancel a Reiki class due to illness, emergency, low enrollment, travel disruption, or circumstances beyond her control, students will receive a refund of all class tuition payments made to Mainstream Reiki LLC. Andrea is not responsible for student travel, lodging, airfare, meals, or any other related expenses.
Courses
Reiki Business Success Course
The Reiki Business Success Course is a separate, optional one-time purchase. The course is self-paced and delivered digitally through pre-recorded video modules, templates, and downloadable resources.

You agree to pay the stated one-time fee for access to the course at the time of purchase. This course is not included in any membership level of the Mainstream Reiki Community. Access is for the original purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
All sales are final. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

This course includes lifetime access. Refer to the Lifetime Access section for more details.
Channeling Courses
Channeling courses are separate, optional one-time purchases that may have installment options. The courses are delivered through a combination of live events, recordings, and downloadable resources.

You agree to pay the stated one-time fee or all installments (if offered) at the time of purchase for access to the course. Each course is considered a Limited Membership and is not included in any membership level of the Mainstream Reiki Community. Access is for the original purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
All sales are final. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

Courses with a duration of 16 weeks or less include 6-month access from the course start date. Courses with a duration of more than 16 weeks include 12-month access from the course start date.

Lifetime Access
The Company offers courses as a separate, optional purchase that do not include access to monthly subscription membership plans in the Mainstream Reiki Community.
Selected courses offer Lifetime Access. For courses sold that explicitly state Lifetime Access is included, this is defined as access to the course content for as long as the course is offered by Mainstream Reiki LLC and remains supported on its current platform. In the event that the course is retired or no longer supported, you will receive at least sixty (60) days’ notice to access the course and save any downloadable materials.

Access to all courses is for the original purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
All course sales are final. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

Terms and conditions are provided in the booking process and must be accepted before scheduling is confirmed.

Audio Meditation Downloads
Audio samples are provided before purchase. Meditations are not a substitute for proper medical and/or psychological care. Due to the nature of this digital content, purchases are non-refundable.
