A message of deep reassurance and practical energetic truth from Andrea and the Emissaries of Light Note: This is an excerpt from a live, in-person channeling session offered to my Reiki students in the United Kingdom. The recording is the original, live audio from the event and the transcript is below. Please just be comfortable and just take a couple of deep breaths and I'd like for you to feel the breath, feel the sensation of your body. The breath anchors your energy within your body. And without the breath, you are not in the body any longer. You are asked to pay more attention to your breath and your breathing. You are asked to tune into your body more at times when you wish for peace. When you wish to have the chaos of the world end, you cannot do that, but in your own mind and body. And so you are invited to come back to your body, yourself, your mind, and your care. At times of unrest, at times of worry, at times when you see the suffering in the world and you feel helpless,  come back to the body and minister to your soul.  It is in doing this that your vibration changes and your vibration attenuates for what has your heart's attention. Whether you are thinking about it or not, it happens on a deeper level. So the act of coming back to your body and tuning into yourself, nurturing yourself, feeling the breath within the body—it is this simple. The practice of doing that actually attenuates and attunes your energy in ways that you make a difference to those things that have your heart's attention. It is very simple but we want you to understand this. We want you to know that all of the answers that you seek in helping your world shift into a higher vibration, they all begin with you.  They all begin with how you practice and show up for yourself, not for the external world, not for the situations, not to help him, her, or the next thing. It is all about helping yourself.  And you've been told many years that this is arrogant, selfish, who are you to think of yourself above all others? And this is not true. For when you come home to the body and when you nurture yourself, you care for all. It is an act of love in the highest degree.  And in this way, you love all, you align all. You welcome all home to the light of who they are and the remembrance of this. So you are not saying that you are most important.  You are saying that you are the key.  You are the gateway to wellbeing, to compassion, to remembrance of light.  You are the key.  You are the gateway.  And you hold the power to release the energy that calls others home to their remembrance of who they are.  And so she [Andrea] is asking in this moment,  how does Reiki fit into this? Because this is why we are gathered. And we will say to you that Reiki, as a foundation, is about self-healing, you see. So these two concepts are married beautifully together—intertwined, you might say. Reiki is one way to the path of remembering the light of who you are, who you always have been, and who you shall forever be.  There are other pathways. Those seated in this room have been called to this pathway at this time. Other pathways that they may have followed previously are valuable, and experience is valuable as we offered earlier. There is no right path or wrong path. There is simply the path.  The path of now, the path that is in resonance. And you are invited to follow the path that is in resonance for you at any given moment.  And if you reach a time where Reiki fades away and another path illuminates, do not feel badly. Do not feel remorseful. Do not feel ashamed that you leave one pathway for another, for all people evolve and grow, and this is to be celebrated. And so you can always return to a path from the past, but always move in resonance with your soul, what feels right to you.  This is the way you move through the world in an enlightened way. This is the way you align yourself to the purpose that you chose before you chose this body, and that you were birthed into this world of form and possibilities, where unification of energy and Earth occur. Humanity is on a trajectory now of great importance, and many in the universe look upon you with loving eyes, grateful eyes—or other senses that are more in tune with their own physicality or energy.  And so, just simply know that what you do here and the struggles and your choices and everything that occurs for you is with greater purpose than you could ever know. One pebble dropped in the water of a pond makes ripples. And from the human perspective, the ripples end at the shoreline, and we tell you, they continue through the land, through the air, and eternity.  Do not think yourself small. Do not think yourself insignificant. You are here with purpose. You are here with energy. The breath fills your body, emanates from you, and you do change the world. Let it be known. Let it be felt. You are immense in your potential, and all you have done thus far is in preparation for this next moment and the next and the next. Please do not shrink away from what we are saying—thinking you are not worthy, you cannot live up.   For this is simply an illusion—illusion based in limiting beliefs born of yesterday. We are inviting you to step forward. Feel the breath in the body in this moment. This is your essence. Nothing that was said prior to you matters now. Now you redefine yourself based on the parameters of your choosing, your new agreements.  You are free to do this. No one limits you , except you and the agreements that you make from this moment forward. It is your decision to make. No one else can make this decision for you to step forward into the light of who you are. It is the light of who you are, so it is completely in resonance with you. All you are simply doing is taking the blinders off that you have been wearing because as the sun shines in every moment, so are you the light in every moment. You simply decide to see yourself in other ways. And there is nothing wrong with this. It is simply the human way until you ascend in your knowing and your awareness and can fathom a different way of being.  And many questions may arise from this. How do I continue in this relationship or that job? Or, you know, the mundane things of everyday life? And we will ask you to not worry about these things, but remember to come home to the self. Nurture and love and support the self in the breath in the body, and know that your energy attenuates and attunes to what is needed in that moment. You are never stagnant in your energy. You are vital. You are multi-dimensional in every moment. It is simply that you do not see yourself or feel yourself all the time in this way. This is by design, so please do not feel that you need to know or you need to understand in order to fulfill what you came here to do.  There is much you will never know in your current state of a spirit living in a human body. This is by design. Please do not ask for what is not in your highest good. To understand the universe and every mystery is not in your highest good at this time or this place in your journey.  So we ask you to relinquish what is not in your highest good to know. Knowing is not everything, although many have told you otherwise. There is great importance on your thinking mind, and you, you think and you decide and imagine and reflect about all of the ways that you focus on your mental capabilities. Your societies, your cultures, all, we would say, emphasize the power of the mind. And yes, the mind is quite powerful, but the thinking part of it often leads you into trouble because  the thinking mind can talk you into and out of just about everything. It can be hard to find clarity through thinking. And again, we say the answer is go within yourself.  Feeling the breath in the body, the movement of the body, the wonder of your body. The many thousands of chemical processes happening within your body right now in the trillions of cells that are within—is this not a miracle? Is this not a universe unto itself? And yet you often look outside yourself to find what nourishes you.  Going within and beholding the beauty of your body, the processes, and the very fact that you are here…please never overlook this and know that you carry that universe with you in every moment. You are divine in nature by design and by process that continues with every second that you are alive, your breath breathing into the body. It is a remembrance of your vitality and that you are creating. You are creative and you are here, and it is something to celebrate.  You will succeed. This is a message we want you to know.   No matter what your mind tells you, you will succeed. You are invited to continue a practice of daily awareness within the body as we have described to you. This is your homework, so to speak. You love homework, we know—many of you. You are students and learners, and you are curious. And this has led you to where you sit in this moment. It will continue to guide you, inspire you, and you are asked to listen. Listen to the guidance that led you here to this moment, sitting in this chair, listening to these words.  An orchestration. Yes, a beautiful symphony playing. A beautiful sound. Many variables coming together, many, many decisions made by you, perhaps by your higher self, and through counsel. Through counsel of energies that help you and guide you, and support you.  You are not alone. No matter how bleak it may seem, no matter how alone you may feel, no matter what darkness you move through, you are a being of light. You are held and supported, and cared for in ways that you cannot understand.  We, the Emissaries of Light are with you now as well, and you are invited to commune with us. You are invited to ask for our counsel. We will be present, and how you engage with us may be up to you. You need not ask her for permission. We are giving it to you now. We are open to you now. There are no shoulds and there are no should nots. Follow the discernment within yourself. Trust yourself and move through the life that you create through discernment, and you will know joy. We thank you for your time, your attention, and for simply feeling this message, feeling these words, and the energy that comes through. All is encoded in energy for each of you to accept or to set aside, whatever you feel is in resonance, is yours. Whatever you feel is not, is not. Take what you will and leave what you choose.  For you are the one who decides. We meet with you today in these words encoded with energy,  so that you may know yourself in a new way.  It is human to be more curious about and want to understand yourself from a mental point of view.  The time has come for you to understand yourself in new ways.  This is because your psyche can withstand new information that would not have been readily accepted many years ago. You are growing up, and we commend you on your progress.  The collective energy on your planet has lifted in a way, raised in vibration, allowing more to be known. It is important for you to remember that  information has not been withheld because you did not have the right to know.  But information has been withheld from your species because it is beyond what you could make use of, due to your present evolution and knowledge. As your species continues to grow and advance,  you will be privy to more information, not only about yourselves, but your planet and your world at large, meaning beyond the Earth. Regarding humanity and your time spent on the planet, many of you wish to do more in this lifetime. And we will tell you that you are doing so much already.  However, you are not aware of this because it is beyond your understanding.  We wish to remedy this today. Did you know that  you set the stage for this entire lifetime before you took this body and were birthed into this world?  Every person reading this, and every person not reading this, took these steps prior to being born. What occurred, we assure you, is a long planning process, and many decisions were made. You had help along the way, but because your time here on Earth is sovereign in your body, meaning,  you are in control of your energy, and how others affect it, the final word was yours in every case. It cannot not be so. This means that  you chose your body — eye color, hair color, gender, ethnicity, skin tone, date and time of your birth, and many other attributes and circumstances that we care to list at this time.  The point here is that, upon your decision-making,  energy was encoded. There is a distinct mechanism for this to happen, and  you could think about this as a punched card.  Years ago, thick rectangular paper cards were used to store computer data. Holes were punched in specific positions, each representing a value.  The pattern of holes was read by a computer, which could then process the information encoded on the card. This punch card is a good analogy for what happens between the time you are in spirit and the time you are in body. When you make decisions, such as your birthdate and time,  a pattern of holes, you might say, is punched in your card that corresponds to this lifetime.  All of these decisions get punched into the card. And therefore, when the  light of who you are shines through this card, the resulting light pattern is the part of your soul that now resides in this body. This means that every day that you inhabit this body and live in a world dictated by those decisions made prior to your birth,  you are succeeding.  You are living in a body with your prescription. And as a result of your prescription,  you have been afforded many circumstances, many judgments, and you move around the world in ways directly resulting from this energy, all by your own design. Certainly, you can come up with examples. And we will give you a very general one.  If you chose this lifetime to be lived in a woman’s body, you will have encountered judgments and limitations based on this circumstance.  On the other hand, if you chose to reside in a male body in this life, the same could be true. These two scenarios are different, but they have a lot in common, because  how you show up in the world, whether it be gender, skin color, or personality type, dictates much of the circumstances that you contend with.  Some are more soft and positive, while others are more harsh and negative. So, each and every day, you live your life,  you are indeed succeeding.  You are succeeding in having an embodied experience from the programming that you yourself wrote before entering into this body.  The very act of living has afforded you opportunities to perceive, decide, learn, and evolve through the lens of your making. This is the point of it all!  And so, celebrate yourself for this!  Celebrate as we celebrate with you. We will go on to acknowledge that many of you feel as though you could do more and that you are not on purpose, and we will tell you that it is for two reasons.  The first reason may be that you did not realize how you are already succeeding each day, which is why we have decided to explain it as we have done. The second reason is that  your soul knows that it can do more. It can go farther, and it is beckoning you to tune into the larger part of yourself, so that you may embody more of the light that did not come through your punch card, so to speak. You have the ability to amend the card because  you are a dynamic force with free will and great spiritual intelligence.  This update in your programming, so to speak,  is not taken on lightly or agreed to easily in the higher realms.  However, doing so will enlighten you, activate more of your gifts, and reset your path forward to higher potential. If you are pulled to do more,  seek it out when you are free from fear of not meeting your purpose.  Because if you feel fear in this manner, that tells us that  you do not yet accept the immense nature of who you are in truth.  There is no need to fear. For you are doing so much that is beyond your understanding and outside your awareness. We have only begun to tell you of these truths, so that you could begin to recognize yourself in new ways.  You are ready. Be still and know this as true. We thank you for your time, and we honor your presence here with us. May you receive the energy that is transmitted in these words,  beyond the ideas and concepts we offer. All is here for you to accept or not, as your discernment guides. Good day to all of you who are reading these words and shall feel the energy transmitted within. We will try a different tactic in this message with you, and that is one of shifted perspective.  We will ask you now to reflect upon our prior messages. And through each one, we are calling you into the light of who you have always been, are now, and forever shall be for the upliftment and evolution of humanity.  For when you do this as an individual, you assist the collective. You cannot be unseen in this way because your vibration is always felt. You are always contributing to the vibration in your world and in levels of consciousness that you are largely unaware of. It is for this reason that we shift our perspective for you in this message, because it is imperative that you understand that you matter and that your existence in this body at this time is consequential.  You are always serving through your vibration. Are you serving the vibration by contributing a lower frequency? Or are you contributing to the collective through the emanation or broadcasting of a higher frequency?  This is determined by you and through the actions that you choose to take and those that you choose not to take. And we will ask you now to feel in your body and assess if the words and energy transmitted by us so far are resonating within you.  And now we will go further, and we will say this. We invite you to ask yourselves, “Who am I to hold myself from expressing as the light that I am? Who am I to keep this from the rest of the world in the unified momentum that carries humanity forward? Will I continue to sit on the sideline and allow others to do this work that I myself may do for the good of All That Is?” Through yourself, you serve the whole, and so you are asked to tune into how you speak to yourself. The conversations that you have within your own mind are reflective of who you allow yourself to be. The conversations reflect your emotional awareness, your spiritual knowing, or unknowing of yourself as a being of tremendous potential energy currently expressing through this particular body in this particular reality.  And if you have relinquished your ability to claim yourself as the light of who you are, we implore you to reassess, for the time is now in this world to cast aside what has held you back from knowing the truth of who you are.  It is time to claim yourself in freedom to choose how you express and how you will allow yourself to stay silent in vibration. And this simply means that you choose whether to hold yourself in limitation, not fully expressing in accordance with your higher guidance and knowing.  We have said to you before that it is not necessary to stay in your small sense of yourself , and for those of you who fear it would be arrogant to step into the light, we will remind you that you ARE the light .  And any belief you have that you are other is an illusion based on what you have agreed to in the past, put forth by others, for reasons that are outside of what is in your highest good at this moment, and so this allows you to choose again. Redefine who you are in your own mind and therefore in your energy.  For only you decide how you express in vibration. And so once again, we will close with the question, “Who are you to limit the light that you express into this world if you wish to change it and assist humanity in entering the next phase of expression in an amplified field of possibility?” If you wish to assist and progress toward your truest expression, we invite you to say these words.  "I am free in my expression of my true nature. I am a being of light expressing through form, by my choice. I am here. I embody the light of who I am in a fuller way. I am the light that I exist in in the higher realms in this body. This light empowers my body now, heals my body now, and affords me boundless gifts, as I allow them. The truth is mine to know, to feel, to be.
