Integration: A Channeled Message on Human Evolution

Dearest readers,
The theme of integration was on my mind as I sat to channel this month's message for you. What follows is an invitation to begin to see the benefits of the times that we are in, as they take shape in the realities of individuals. Mind and bodies are integrating all the stress and shifts, all while crying out with questions and seeking to understand and know, unlike they would be able to do if times were peaceful and united. This dynamic is the impetus for the rebirth of human possibility and, therefore, our future as humans.
"Our message to you on this occasion is about integration. There is much to celebrate, but many of you are unaware of the benefits of these times that you are enduring.
Just as a rock under pressure becomes a diamond, so too are you undergoing a metamorphosis from ordinary to extraordinary.
It is time for you to welcome in higher possibilities for you as a human on Earth in these times.
You have thought that all you have been contending with in recent years has been to create a better world or better systems within it, because the old institutions and the old frameworks were born of lower vibrations of human thought and, therefore, limited possibility.
Just as these old ways did not serve the whole of humanity and honor its potential, your human experience as an individual has not honored your full potential. When there is a gap, there is opportunity for fulfillment, and the human form is undergoing great change to hold greater possibilities for your species.
The pressures that you have been enduring are not limited to a recalibration of everyday life for you. Instead, you are also undergoing an individual revolution in parallel with the greater one.
You are among the first humans to undergo measurable changes that can be studied and charted as evolution over a short period.
The technology will exist for this to happen. We are beginning to tell you fantastical things. Whereas before, we did not venture here.
It is now important for you to know, however, that the stresses and difficulties that you have undergone have great benefit, and these benefits are far-reaching and far beyond what you had anticipated.
The process has been unfolding and building. You have been under great stress. The very fabric of your leadership, your way of life, and what you could count on in your day-to-day experience have all been put into question. There is great stress with this, of course, and you have been asking yourself many questions.
Your human bodies and energy systems are undergoing change due to factors such as mental stress, some of which stems from an inability to trust what was historically true. The intensity of the stresses has been compounded by solar activity and by variations in the Earth's field. Astrological fluctuations and patterns have also contributed to your instability. And navigating all of this, as well as other not-yet-named influences, has created an opportunity for your physical body and abilities to revise themselves.
This is why many of you are suffering symptoms and why many of these symptoms do not fit into any traditional medical boxes for you to label, explain, and treat in conventional ways. So, if you are a medical anomaly, perhaps it is time for you to celebrate the changes that are surfacing as a result of your integration of frequencies, knowledge, and ascension to higher probabilities of experience.
And ascension would not be possible if your societies had not suffered division and upheaval. For it is these stresses that have given rise to your ability to seek, question, and adapt.
Mentally, physically, and spiritually, your emotions have been all over the place, so to speak, and have been a driver in the process. So, when you feel out of sorts, with your ups and downs, highs and lows, ins and outs, and upside-downs, we invite you to take a new perspective. Perhaps a perspective of wonder and gratitude, because you now know that you are reaping benefits from all of this that have gone far beyond anything you could have quantified, explained, or believed.
These benefits include sensing energy in new ways, perhaps seeing new dimensions that have not been present for you before this time. Perhaps communication with spirit and communication with other beings, some familiar to you, and some not. Skills that you have thought were beyond you in the past may be coming online for you. Each of you will integrate this energy and evolve in ways that align with your purpose and your openness. Therefore, you are invited to read these words and decide how open you are to experiencing your life on Earth differently—beyond the 5 senses you were taught about in your schooling.
Choose it, and it opens further to you. Fear it, and you will stay held back from your own possibilities. The choice is yours; free will is intact. Nothing happens without some level of your agreement.
We invite you to meditate on this. We invite you to sit, and we invite you to understand that these times have been orchestrated by you and for you. Individually and collectively. And while these times have been difficult beyond measure, they are not without consequence in ways we have spoken about, and ways that you have yet to realize. There is purpose here. Humanity is evolving, and you are part of a rapid transformation.
Do not be afraid, for you are laying the foundation for the future of humanity, and how humans integrate energy, experience energy, and transform energy. The future is building from what you do in this moment. We thank you for your time, attention, and willingness to go there with us. All possibilities reside in this moment."
